STAGE: The minimum stage size is 15 feet deep by 25’ wide. Stage will be elevated
a minimum of 8” and will be one level.
DRESSING
ROOM: Purchaser
will provide a private dressing room, with electrical outlets and lighting to accommodate 8 performers. Dressing room will
be located near the stage. It should be made available from load-in thru load-out. Dressing room will have clothing racks
to hang costumes, a full length mirror, table and chairs.
REFRESHMENTS: Purchaser will provide refreshments
for the band and crew (12 people total) from load-in thru load-out. At load-in: a case of bottled water is required at the
stage. At sound check: (or two hours prior to doors opening, whichever comes first) an additional case of mixed soft drinks
is required. Catering (deli tray and condiments) for the dressing room is greatly appreciated but not required. Refreshments
are to remain in the dressing room until load out is complete.
MERCHANDISING: THE AMERICAN GRAFFITI
BAND shall retain the sole, exclusive right to merchandising and the moneys derived there from. This includes, but
is not limited to: t-shirts, records, tapes, CDs, posters, pins, hats, etc. Unless requested by purchaser, THE AMERICAN
GRAFFITI BAND will not offer merchandising at private or corporate events. Purchaser will provide a table
for merchandising and chairs for table after the show for autograph signing.
PROMOTION / ADVERTISING: For newspapers,
magazines and flier advertisements please have your graphics staff contact THE AMERICAN GRAFFITI BAND. We
will be glad to email pictures, write ups, logos etc., for a more desirable professional result.
THE AMERICAN GRAFFITI BAND must approve any substitutions to this Rider.

SUPPLYING SOUND
STAGE: The minimum stage size is 15
feet deep by 25’ wide. Stage will be elevated a minimum of 8” and will be one level.
LOAD IN: Clear access to back a van
near to the stage is required. All equipment is very heavy and on rollers and can not be lifted (there can be no steps from
load in area to the stage). Load in / Stage access is required a minimum of six hours prior to show-time. Adequate parking
will be provided for moving vehicles and performer’s automobiles.
POWER REQUIREMENTS: THE AMERICAN GRAFFITI
BAND requires access to a minimum of 230 amps of electrical power located within 10-20 feet of the stage. Power failure, delays
in performance, and/or damage to equipment or personnel due to faulty electricity is purchaser's sole responsibility. When
in doubt of adequate electrical power Purchaser may elect to have a generator delivered by a local tool rental facility (normally
under $200.00). Our sound engineer requires at least one 3 foot wide by 6-foot wide table.

OUT DOOR RIDER
THE AMERICAN GRAFFITI BAND
TECHNICAL RIDER FOR OUTDOOR SHOWS
STAGE: The minimum stage size is 15 feet deep by 25’
wide. Stage will be elevated, one level and covered. Two additional sound wings for speaker enclosures (outside shows) will
be a minimum of 4 feet deep by 8 feet wide and will be level with and attached to the main stage. The stage must be covered.
RICK ERVIN with King’s DJ & Lighting is familiar
with THE AMERICAN GRAFFITI BAND stage
requirements and is a reliable source for staging and sound wings.
